My blood pressure was up in the hypertensive I range. It was helped somewhat by reducing salt and aerobic exercise. The first try of "exercise #1" resulted in a mild increase of my BP (just normal variation). The first try of exercise #2 dropped my BB to 121/82. That was a 25/10 drop from the previous hour. That was not just normal variation. The BP did drift up over the next hour. I don't know yet if this will have a lasting impact (thus just 4 stars)
